I am a former police officer, veteran, and now work in emergency management. I wish I had the Fliegerduffel when I was in the Army and it would have allowed for more space in my cruiser instead of the traditional gear bag! I have the Doppleduffel also which is also an outstanding pack. The Fliegerduffel works for those smaller trips, serves as an outstanding "Go Bag" and additionally serves as my daily work bag carrying a number of binders with important reference materials as well as my two cell phones, flashlight, first aid kit, spare office supplies, and can quickly be converted to my Go Bag for possible field work. The generous MOLLE attachments are additionally helpful for additional storage for quick access items. I only wish that it had adjustable/removable dividers, but I'm resourceful enough to make those on my own. Both the Fliegerduffel and Doppleduffel can't be beat! Keep up the great and innovative work!!!

I have been looking for a duffel bag and was having a difficult
time finding what I wanted. This one is perfect for my needs:
I really haven’t found anything I don’t like about it. I haven’t been
on a trip with it yet but I’m sure it will do the job when needed.
It looks like it’ll last for years.

I got the Fliegerfuffel for my husband for his birthday. I am very impressed with the quality. The stiching is done well, the fabric seems indistructable, the zippers are very hefty. I think this bag will be with us for years to come. It is perfect for air travel, camping, whatever! My husband loves the design - very manly, and loves that it converts easily from shoulder bag to backback. He also mentioned that he was a little surprised at how comfortable it was as a backback. I'd recomend it!

I bought this bag for some business travel that I had coming up and it did not dissappoint. The ways that this bag can be carried as the the versitility of this bag. I own several Maxpedition products and they never dissappoint. Also I had to check the bag at one point and since it was Khaki (not black like everybody else's bag) it was easy to find. Can't wait to take it on my next trip.

I had to take a last minute trip to shoot a fundraiser for Haiti. I got 3 days of clothes, 2 cameras, a converter box and a laptop in a pelican case inside this bag. I have no idea how it fit in there. I let my wife use it for a trip and now I am buying her one for herself. Again Maxpedition knocks one out of the park. Well done guys, well done.

This is a great bag for many applications. Personally it fits the bill for me as an in-flight carry on. Soft sided so it will fit in almost any overhead compartment. Very spacious. Fits more than most roller carry-ons. Plenty of room for up to 4 days as a primary bag also. Well worth the money from the Maxpedition family of bags
